Leaving tomorrow

We will be leaving tomorrow for Alanta. Our flight is early Saturday morning. I'm not sure if I can access blogger from China so you can follow our journey here.

I want to thank you all for all the support you have given Mike and I since we started this process. It's hard to believe it's been over three years since the Lord spoke to our hearts about adoption. And now we are about to go on the adventure of a lifetime. I am so humbled when I think that we have the privilege of parenting yet another amazing child. I told Mike just the other night that our baby girl is going to add so much to this family. I just can't wait to get my arms around her.

Blessings to you guys. I just saw your beautiful new baby girl. I am a friend of Emily's from college and saw this on her blog site. I have been following your story. I just prayed for a ton of grace for all three of you, but especially her. As you said, it would be kind of scary to wake up with someone new. I am hopeful God will help her adjust more than quickly and you guys will have an immediate bond. What a blessing! We will keep praying for you! You make me want to adopt from China. Take care and we hope everything goes smoothly!
